The following activity on 10/25 is available only to members of the Paper Recovery Alliance/Plastic Recovery Group (PRA/PRG) of FPI. (This is separate from standard FPI membership.) To verify your company’s membership in the group, please check the list on our website. If your company is not a member of the PRA/PRG and you would like more information, please contact us.

The following activities are included with your conference registration, with the exception of the Board of Directors meeting. This is for the current Board of Directors only. Please note specific categories for the breakfasts on Friday morning, and contact us if you have any questions.
THURSDAY, OCTOBER 26

1:00 pm – 5:00 pm: General Session I
- State of the Foodservice Packaging Industry (FPI staff) – Stay informed about the latest regulatory changes and other issues will impact your business operations.
- Trends in Packaging (QSR Magazine) – Gain valuable insights into the current market trends, challenges, and opportunities that will shape the packaging industry in the coming year.
- Consumer Panel – The consumer panel is back! Gain a deeper understanding of how packaging shapes consumer perception and influences their decision-making process by hearing directly from them on our panel.
6:00 pm – 9:00 pm: Reception and Packaging Awards Dinner

- Food On Demand: What Are the Latest Trends? (Tom Kaiser, Editor, Food on Demand)
- Foodservice Packaging Industry Trends in Catering (Mike O’Hanlon, Chief Partnerships Officer, EZ Cater)
- FPI Semi-Annual Member Meeting (FPI) – Members will receive a financial update and hear how FPI is progressing with its key focus areas for 2023. All are welcome to attend. FPI requests that at least one person per member company remains to participate in this session.

The registration fees for the conference are as follows:

Registration includes all activities beginning with the welcome lunch on Thursday through the general session on Friday. Pre-conference activities such as the PRA/PRG meeting can be added at the time of registration for members of the PRA/PRG only. The Board of Directors meeting is for board members only.
Member Registration (Converter/Supplier/Operator/Distributor):
Members of FPI may register one of two ways:
- Register online. Your login is your email address. If you do not remember your password, click here to retrieve it. You may also register online if paying by check and ACH. Select “bill me” at the checkout option. Important: Your order confirmation is your invoice and payment is due prior to the start of the conference.
- You may download a registration form that can be faxed or scanned back to FPI.
Potential Member Registration:
This category applies to qualified converter, supplier and machinery companies considering FPI membership that are attending an FPI conference for the first time. FPI approval is required for processing. For additional information, please contact us. Please note – potential member registrants may not register online and must use the downloadable form.
Non-Member Registration:
Non-member companies are not eligible to participate. Please see the above potential member description if you wish to consider FPI membership.
* The spouse/partner fee covers all food functions, except for committee meetings, or Board of Directors meetings. It does not cover any recreational activities. Spouses/partner registration does not include participation in the general sessions.
